Road Steel and Gonvarri Asturias Support Young Talent Together with Uniovi eTech Racing
For another year, we are reinforcing our commitment to young talent, technological innovation, and the training of future engineering professionals. Through our Gonvarri Asturias plant, Road Steel continues to support Uniovi eTech Racing, one of the most outstanding university projects in the fields of sustainable mobility and electric racing vehicle development.
On July 21, we saw how our role as a Platinum Sponsor, the highest level of partnership with the team, contributed to the development, manufacturing, and launch of a fully student-built electric racing vehicle.
During the event, we had the opportunity to see first-hand the result of months of hard work that we have proudly supported every step of the way. We also witnessed the outcome of dedication, innovation, and passion for engineering, demonstrating what technical knowledge and motivation can achieve when combined with the right support and teamwork.
From our Gonvarri Asturias plant, we continue to reaffirm our commitment to technical education, the development of young talent, and the connection between industry and university, a relationship that delivers significant mutual benefits.
The future of engineering applied to Road Safety and mobility is being built in classrooms, workshops, and within Road Steel’s own facilities.
