First RecoRail Project Completed – our sustainable guardrail

At Road Steel, we are proud to announce the successful completion of the first installation of our RecoRail safety barrier on a road managed by the Barcelona Provincial Council, located in the municipality of Olèrdola.

This milestone marks a significant step forward in our commitment to delivering safe, sustainable, and long-lasting road infrastructure solutions.

The RecoRail barrier, made from corten steel and recycled polymer, was installed across seven sections, featuring both S2R and S4R models. These systems combine high structural performance with a design that blends naturally into the surrounding landscape.

In collaboration with GIVASA, the installation of RecoRail showcases a new generation of road restraint systems, aligned with the principles of circular economy and infrastructure innovation.
