Road Steel and Marangoni LTDA: Training on Vehicle Restraint Systems in Brazil
Road Steel has an established presence in more than 50 countries around the world, including Brazil, where we operate both directly and through Marangoni LTDA, a Brazilian company that entrusts Road Steel with the design and manufacturing of the road safety products it markets.
Last week, a technical team from Marangoni LTDA x Road Steel traveled to Macaé, in Rio de Janeiro, to deliver training on vehicle restraint systems to professionals from the concessionaire Autopista Fluminense.
What was the objective of the vehicle containment systems training?
Its main objective was to provide an in-depth understanding of the technical characteristics of vehicle restraint systems, focusing on the key aspects that ensure their proper performance throughout their service life, particularly during the installation process.
During the training session, attendees were able to gain detailed knowledge of the criteria for the selection, installation, and maintenance of these systems, as well as the requirements established by the NBR 15486/6971 standards, which serve as a reference framework for road safety in Brazil.
This collaboration allows us to ensure that our vehicle restraint systems are installed and maintained in the best possible way, guaranteeing the efficiency, safety, and durability that characterize our solutions.
